4. Purpose of processing personal data

The company does not have a single CRM system, but customer data is collected in sales systems, which include Superoffice (Uutechnic Oy), the Spexcel offer calculation software (AP-Tela Oy) and the SAP ERP system (AP-Tela Oy).

5. Data content of the file

We store the basic information needed for managing the customer relationship (company, name of the contact person, contact details).

6. Regular data sources

The basic information recorded in the data file is normally collected from the data subject themselves or from the Business Information System BIS.

7. Regular disclosure of data

The data in the customer data file will not be disclosed to third parties.

8. Transferring data outside the EU or EAA

The data will not be transferred outside the EU/EEA.

9. Principles of data file protection

The software is password-protected, and the data may only be processed by employees who are responsible for the customer relationship.

10. Right of access

Every customer has the right to access the data concerning them that has been stored in the data file. The written request (email/letter) should be submitted to the HR Manager.

11. Right to rectification

Every customer has the right to have any inaccurate data concerning them rectified. The notification about inaccurate data as well as the request for rectification should be submitted to the HR Manager in writing (email/letter).

12. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

We only process personal data related to the customer relationship. The processing of this data cannot be prohibited as long as the customer relationship exists.

The data in the data file is erased automatically when the period of retention from the end of the customer relationship, as specified by the Accounting Act, has ended.

We cannot comply with requests to erase the data before that.
